She holds a Master's degree in Education Policy and Evaluation from Florida State University in Tallahassee, USA. Additionally, she has a Master's degree in Labour Laws and Welfare from Symbiosis Society of Law College in Pune. Priyanka has dual Bachelor's degrees, one in Education and the other in Political Science. She is a certified Program Evaluator from Florida State University.

With over fifteen years of experience in the field of education, Priyanka currently serves as the Academic Head of Likha Pre-School. Over the course of her career, she has collaborated with various schools and non-governmental organizations across the country. Priyanka also functions as an educational consultant, providing solutions and teacher training services to schools in Ahmedabad and Bihar. As a seasoned professional, she has been a featured speaker at numerous international and national conferences.
 

Jenesh Parasram is the administrative head of Likha Pre- School. A Commerce graduate from Gujarat University, Jenesh also holds a diploma in e-commerce from H.L.C.P.E (Ahmedabad University) and a diploma in Business Management for E.D.I Gandhinagar. Jenesh has ten years of experience in School Administration and Management. He is also the director of Little Star school in Maninagar, Ahmedabad. 

Ms. Hetal Tripathhi is a dedicated and dynamic professional with a strong background in administration, human resources, and team leadership. She holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and a Bachelor’s degree in Law, providing her with a solid foundation in organizational management and strategic planning.

With over six years of experience as an HR and Admin Head, Ms. Tripathhi has developed in-depth expertise in people management, recruitment, and operational efficiency. She has successfully led school administration efforts, streamlined internal processes, and fostered a collaborative, high-performing work culture.

Currently serving as the Administrator at Likha Preschool, Ms. Tripathhi brings her leadership skills and compassionate mindset to the field of early childhood education. She is deeply committed to creating a nurturing, organized, and inclusive environment where both students and staff can thrive. Her positive energy and proactive approach make her a valued leader within the Likha community.

Ashish, a Commerce Graduate is known as the Bagpiper of the school; children love to be around him. He has been effective in getting children to be engaged physically. He has ensured that kids are exposed to various sports. Ashish is an athlete and likes to participate in obstacle courses. He has designed various obstacle courses for our children, thus encouraging children to be more active. 

Is an enthusiastic and dedicated individual with a strong educational background. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree, a Master's degree in Economics, and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) qualification. Additionally, have earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA). 

She is excited to embark on a new journey with Likha, where she has joined with a clear long-term goal in mind - to continuously enhance her knowledge and skills to become a more effective and knowledgeable educator.

Palak Vajani is a dedicated and passionate educator with a strong academic background and extensive experience in the field of early childhood education. She holds a Master’s degree in English (M.A.), along with professional qualifications including Diploma in Elementary Education (DL.Ed), Early Childhood Care and Education (ECC.Ed), and Preschool Management (PSM).

With over 14 years of rich teaching experience, she has worked closely with young learners, understanding their developmental needs and creating a nurturing, engaging, and supportive learning environment. She is especially known for her expertise in art, craft, and creativity, using innovative and hands-on teaching methods to make learning joyful and meaningful for children.

She believes in continuous learning and consistently strives to enhance her skills to provide quality education while fostering creativity, confidence, and curiosity in every child.

Kavitha D is a highly qualified professional who brings a unique blend of academic excellence and administrative expertise to the Likha School team. With a strong foundation in both science and management, she reflects the multidisciplinary approach valued at Likha.

She holds a Master’s degree in Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics) from B.K. Mody Government Pharmacy College, where she maintained an impressive academic record. Complementing her scientific background, she also earned an MBA in Hospital Management from Alagappa University, equipping her with a strong understanding of organizational operations and efficiency. She began her academic journey with a Bachelor of Pharmacy and a distinguished science background from Tamil Nadu, consistently achieving top honors.

Professionally, Kavitha has demonstrated strong leadership and management capabilities. She has served as an Incharge of Pharmacy and as a Pharmacist at reputed institutions, including Apollo Pharmacy at the IIM Ahmedabad campus and Karpaga Vinayaga Institute of Medical Science. Her responsibilities have included staff management, monthly reporting, patient care, and medical counseling, reflecting her attention to detail and commitment to quality service.

In addition to her administrative expertise, Kavitha has a keen interest in research and innovation. She has presented papers on novel drug delivery systems and natural medicinal activities at various scientific conferences. At Likha School, she applies her diverse experience to create a structured, efficient, and nurturing environment, supporting the institution’s commitment to excellence and overall well-being.

Twinkle Patel holds an M.A. and B.Ed. degree and has 3 years of teaching experience, including 2 years as a nursery teacher and 1 year as a primary school teacher. She is passionate about early childhood and primary education and possesses strong skills in creating engaging, nurturing, and effective learning environments for young learners.

Darshita Pandya is a graduate with a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), bringing a unique blend of technical knowledge and early childhood education experience. She has one year of hands-on experience as a nursery teacher in a preschool, where she focused on nurturing young children’s learning and development through engaging, age-appropriate activities.

She demonstrates strong communication skills, patience, and creativity, along with a genuine passion for working with children. Darshita is dedicated to creating a positive, supportive, and stimulating learning environment that fosters both academic and social growth in young learners.

Savita Patil is a Rehabilitation Psychologist with over 12 years of experience supporting children and individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. She specializes in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Child Development Programs (CDP), Occupational Therapy Practices (OPT), Behavior Modification, Group Therapy, and Teacher Training Programs. Dedicated to a client-centered and evidence-based approach, she works closely with educators, families, and individuals to foster positive behavioral, emotional, and developmental outcomes while promoting inclusive and supportive learning environments.

Sheela has experience working with kids and toddlers for over 8 years. She enjoys teaching children dance and music. She is loving and caring and is fondly called 'Sheela didi' by the kids.

Leela has experience working with kids and toddlers for over 5 years. She enjoys to be with childrens . She is loving and caring and she is fondly called leela aunty by the kids. 

Ketu has two years of experience working closely with young children in a supportive role. Through her position at Likha Preschool, she hopes to contribute to creating a warm, safe, and engaging environment for the children. 
 

Ram Prasad is a committed school security guard, bringing over a decade of expertise in security management. An integral part of the community, he actively ensures a secure and hospitable environment for all. His fondness for interacting with children, engaging in play, and sharing stories is evident. Each day, children warmly greet him with a "Namaste."

She is an educator and a yoga instructor. Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA), her expertise extends beyond traditional education. She holds an international certification in Yoga and Science, coupled with years of experience guiding students through the practice of yoga. Now, she eagerly embarks on her journey at Likha as an educator and a yoga instructor.
